Each session and program is designed to address the root causes of discomfort while honoring your unique goals and needs.

-
What should I expect with RNR mobile services?Your service professional will arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time on the day of your service in order to set up equipment and gather any information necessary for the safety of both the client and provider. You will receive a text letting you know your service professional is on their way along with their expected time of arrival (ETA). Once they have arrived, you will receive a call letting you know your service professional has arrived. They will meet you outside in the parking lot or your front door for approval to enter the space for the service. If services are requested in the home, we ask you to clear an 8x10 space near the front entrance for safety reasons. Likewise, any tripping hazards or pets must be clear from the entrance, walkway, and service area. Once in the service space or home, your provider will set up all equipment necessary and may ask you questions related to your service. They will need access to a bathroom if necessary or kitchen sink to wash hands. From there, your experience will be exactly like that of which you may experience in a spa or clinic setting! The best part about the convenience of your experience is you don't have to worry about traffic, parking, or weather.

What should I do after my exercise session(s)?We advise to hydrate with water and electrolytes after exercise. It is also beneficial to plan to consume some form of protein or electrolytes within one hour of exercise for optimal recovery. It is important to recover from an exercise session with gentle forms of restorative movement such as walking. Active recovery also involves some form of Pilates, Yoga, Thai Chi, or dynamic stretching. This will help to maintain functional range of motion and prevent stiffness and possible soreness within the next 24-48 hours. The most important thing you can do to recover is to prioritize adequate and quality sleep. If you are interested in learning more about restorative movement, we would love to provide more insight via consultation to see how we can incorporate this into your wellness plan.
